Online payments are as followed, credit or debit, PayPal and apple pay. Payment is due at the time of purchase. We ship within 3-7 days of receiving payment. Delivery times vary depending on location. Good Rich Glow is not responsible for delays or lost packages. Returns accepted within 3 days of delivery. Refunds issued in original payment method, minus shipping costs. After your 1st return you may order again, if you are still unpleased with product you may qualify for a final refund but resulting in a NO REFUND policy if you may ever purchase from Good Rich Glow again. Orders may NOT be cancelled. Once you receive your product and still wish to cancel, you may then put in a return/refund. Product Use and Safety:  Good Rich Glow products are for external use only.
